Summary:
Ram decides to do the "Play or Pay" and continues to answer with the game show already having one million rupees. Many people thought he was stupid for this and should of just quit and take the money. Once he made his decision, Prem Kumar asks the next question "Neelima Kumari, the Tragedy Queen, won the Natinoal Award in which year?" and Ram answered correctly with "D. 1985". The reason why Ram knows Neelima so well is because she was an actress that Ram worked with, who he really looked up to. Apprently her lover was abusive, she didn't mind it at first, but it got out of band once she wanted to break up with him and the beatings only became worse. Ram attempts to treat her by putting on her expensive make-up/clothing on her. You see, Neelima wanted to maintain her perfect image of being young, there she had a passion for beauty. She was so obsessed to the point that she wanted to die young, there ironicly commited suicide. In the next chapter, Ram then goes more in dept in his life telling Smita about Rita, a person who Ran fell in love with. Although she was a prostituite, in order to suport her family, she refused to have sex with a man because of her love for Ram, so she was badly beaten. Another women who Ram admires once again is abused, this deeply affects Ram. This story was not very relavant to the 11th question though, "Which one of Shakespear's plays is there a character caled Costoval?" Due to this, he decided to use his lifeline, he does not know anyone smart engough to call but luckily he has a business card of a english teacher in his pocket, Utpal Chatterjoe. Utpal is an english teacher, and Ram helped his son in Singhanna hospital when he was hospitilized. Just in time, Utpal answered and gave him the correct answer which is "C. Love Labour's Lost". Following this, it was time for the "last" question which was "What was the name of Mumtaz Mahal's father?" Even though Ram did not have a M.A. in medieval history, he still managed to get this answer correct with the choice of "Asaf Jah". The reason why Jam knew the answer to this question is because he was a guide at the Taj Mahal for two years. Prem Kumar was so sure he would get this one wrong, but he did not. Prem then went to the producer and then came back saying that the "dummy question" was fake, claiming that it was they were actually recording a commercial for Muntaz tea, a sponser for the show. Now they plan to ask the final question for one billion rupees, which is "Beethoven's Piano Sanata number 29, opus 60 is in which key?" Vefire the question is answered, they took a quick break, Prem Kumar escorted Ram to the bathroom (just incase he if he trys to make an attempt to cheat). Prem Kumar kept on bragging about how hard the question, so he offers a deal with Ram that if he gives up, he will give him 1,000 rupees. Ram then suddenly pulls out a gun on Prem Kumar tells him that he was never here for the money but in fact for revenege. Prem Kumar was completely confused saying that he never even meet Ram before, but Ram says how he knows him because he was the abuser of both Neelina and Rita (Dun dun dun)! Prem Kumar was completely scared and tried to talk Ram out of it but nothing worked. Ram was ready to pull the trigger, but then Ram realized that it is a lot harder than it seems in a movie to kill someone. Ram puts the gun down and decides to spear Prem Kumar's life. Prem Kumar was so grateful, and told him the last answer to the question, which resulted Ram winning the 1 billion rupees. In the end, Smita defended Ram and was able to win his innocence; apprently the game never had any proof that he was cheating in the first place. With his money, he brought the girl he loves, Rita, and established a orphanage with Salim managing it.

I was very outraged when Prem Kumar said this, like come on! If I was Ram, I would be so pissed off, how could anyone be so desprete to make up some stupid lie just stall just to avoid paying money that was rightfully earned. I also believe that the auidence was so stupid for beling that, doesn't anyone think that seems to be fishy? Either way, Prem was only delaying his death, because it gave him more time to live before Ram would of taken out the gun on him.
