Animal Farm (29-70)

Summary:
Anamalislm is something that all animals should or ususally they future would not be as bright as all the other animals. For example, Mollie was a person who never took Anamalism seriously. She did things such as: coming late to work, interacting with humans (like farmers), and generally had her head in the clouds. Due to this, Mollie ended up carrying the carrage for that farmer because she did not take Anamalism seriously  (I think this symbolism for if you do not follow anamalism then you might as well be a slave). Of course not all animals were like Mollie though, Snowball tried to organize the animals to build a windmil,he is always willing to do work. Napoleon was agasint this and during the meeting about it, Snowball had very convincing points about why its good to have a windmil for electricity. So in order avoid Snowball from spreading his wisdom, Napoleon sent out dogs to run Snowball out the farm. It is obvious that Napoleon did not want anyone go agasint his word to make him have the view as if he is always right. Yet the plan still went on, and the animals took all year working on this; it was very troublsome since they had to put money into the midmil and also use for their daily lives. What takes them so long is because they do not have access to humans tools because of their tumbs, therefore things such as breaking rocks may be harder. In order to get all the supplies for the midmil, Napoleon makes the animals trade with a human, which basically opposes everything they follow; but if they do not follow then he would do the same thing he did to Snowball to them. After the animals hard work, a storm comes which hinders their effort for the widmil; Napoleon blames this on Snowball saying that he is trying to sabatage them.

Quote: "Do not waste your time on future things, instead focus on things now" (Orwell 42).

Reaction:
From this you are able to tell that Napoleon is totally agasint the midmil idea, and in fact engeres the animal to just work on the farms. As one is able to see, this as dictatorship written alll over this, Napoleon does not want his people to prosper on his own. I thought Napoleon was dumb for going agasint this, eletricity was a great thing for the humans, so why not for the animals? In fact, saying that focus on things now is stupid, without setting goals, where would any of us be right now?
